Apparently on Friday we had an amazing trip at Vector Wero Whitewater Park, we learnt how to cross the river, we also learnt how to raft and swimming too. It was an amazing experience which was our first experience kayaking which was very fun. I had a lot of fun and I wished it was longer.
I want to say thank you to the Instructors for taking care of us and showing us how to raft.❤

Tech
Today I was in Graphics class. We received paper and a pencil from Mrs Fergison. Our instruction was to fold our paper into 4 squares and write ideas on what we would want to come up with.
I love the idea on what we wanted to do 3D.

🌟⭐🌟Matariki⭐🌟⭐🌟
Seven sisters:
- Matariki.
- Ururangi.
- Tupu a nuku.
- Tupu a rangi.
- Waipunarangi.
- Waita.
- Waiti.
Matariki represents the seven stars as in the seven sisters. Matariki is known as a mark for the beginning of the year. Some people think that there's a mother that is surrounded by six daughters and some think it's the eyes of the God but really it's truly known as the seven sisters, which is a Maori legend.

Fungal Disease Killing Our Birds
A deadly type of disease has been killing our night birds such as the Kakapo (Night Owl or Parrot). Seven Kakapo have died and sadly the disease is still spreading. 35 Kakakpo are in three hospitals around the country.

Rippa Rugby🏈💯
Yesterday we had our last session for Rippa Rugby and as well as that we have had a lot of fun.
Our Coach - Corey "This has been the best school I've been to" (thats what he said😃)
Rippa Rugby was a success and we all have learnt to pass properly (for some people).
We had a lot of fun and were wishing for it to go longer.
The Games We Played - Bull rush, Over The River, Cat and Mouse, Zig-Zag, Hot potato.
(Have you played any of these games before?)
